You are correct. I think we will all see how good of a coach Norwood is, with this group of new girls. I saw them in a friendly last weekend and "pitching" seems to be a big problem for the team. I also only see daddy ball assistant coaches who no nothing about the game. Looks like it could be rough fall for the Grapettes this year.

Just a quick note....it's no longer Spring / Summer.
Most 12u & 14u teams aged / moved up with team and coaches. Very few coaches remain from year to year (except 16-18's) with initial age bracket. Example...Coach Norwood continues to coach 12's from year to year. Honestly couldn't say if any other coach does that.
Good luck to ALL teams / coaches / players who have made the move up in age. Many first year age brackets will struggle until they find their grove. That's where experienced coaching comes in and assists with the change.
