What's in your DD's stocking?

by Norcal Iceman » Sun Dec 20, 2009 1:10 am

Just wondering what softball gifts Santa is delivering to DD on Christmas? After picking up the basics - Wii games, clothes, etc., I'm lacking the money for the new bat my DD wants. My father-in-law said he would get the bat (he's old school thinking it would cost $50 to $60) and when I told him $250 to $300 - he was like "WTF"? :o The look on his face was priceless. Knowing me, I'll get it for her, but I'm going to have to skip a few duck huntin trips in order to do so. :)

Iceman..softball related equipment shouldn't be given as christmas/b-day gifts. I tell DD that I'll provide her with all the tools she needs to be successful. WHO'S IN THA HOOUUSE..YOU KNOOOOOW!!

DD needs cleats, I told her we'd get them for xmas. She laughed, so apparently she thinks like you do.

and at 3 pairs / year, looks like you guys have it right.

So for the OP, yet another phone and more iTunes and starbucks and ice packs (oops!) and girlie stuff and a DIY tattoo kit.
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

DD big item this year is the Iphone. She also loves downloading music online so itunes giftcards are always a winner. I agree with most no softball items on Christmas.
