TC Salinas-Mothers Day 5/8-5/9

by Hamstring » Thu Apr 15, 2010 7:48 am

Still looking sort of skimpy for the TC Mothers Day tourney in Salinas. Not sure where all the big boys are at so here goes with who is signed up.

Look for Storm to walk away with it. AASA and Outlaws will challenge them and with some smart ball may even knock them off. But there is nothing like having that home field feeling.

1-Storm-hot hot hot right now. Will be too comfortable at home.
2-Outlaws-if same team I watched in LV on St. Paddy's Day, played tough and beat Corona Angels and others. Will be Storms toughest game in the Championships
3-AASA-playing tough and have solid pitching, could sneak in to Finals
4-Southbay Stars-missed out in Stockton, look for a rebound in Salinas
4-EC Hotshots- getting there, don't sleep on them. They fought hard in Stockton and turned a few heads. Potential to get through to the Finals with right moves.

6-8 will be all CC teams as there really isn't much for NorCal representation beyond the 4 listed above.

Opinon only, no disrespect to anyone, feel free to add your own predictions.

Nice post Hamstring....You hit the nail on the head with 1---4....I think the Outlawz are a sleeper team. The Storm are hot and you never know what Hot Shots or AASA team is going to show up. Have not seen the SS so we will see..... :D Should be an interesting weekend to say the least.....
