Can anyone give me some insight on this organization? Good experiences, bad experiences.

I'm not asking about a particular team, just info on the organization in general.

Kirk Laux is the chief muckity-muck over there and he's been around this game a LONG time. He has a lot of connections and has gotten some girls recruited. They usually have several teams from 12s-18G and he heads up the Gold group.

It all depends on what you are looking for....are there better organizations who compete at the top all of the time....yes. Are there organizations that are not as good, less organized, less talent.....yes.

I would say that they are not at the top tier, but are bumping their heads on the glass to get there. They have been around a long time and have lasted....that can say alot in itself.
