What happened to the CC Comets 14s? Some moving to 16s and the rest riding down the drain with MB?

Mizuno is missing many teams as well.

In short teams are not disappearing, but kids are using fall to do other things like play volleyball or other sports. I still have tried to encourage my kid to do another sport but she doesn't want to. It seems there are a shortage of players versus a shortage of teams. Good teams are having additional tryouts to fill spots.

Barron moved his team to MVP. I hope it all goes well over there for them. Comets aren't fielding a 14 team. Comets White (Laux/Smith) and Navy (Moore) moved to 16's.

Mizuno lost two teams to Team California and another coach to the Nor Cal Patriots 16U I believe.

MVP seems to really be trying hard to put something together. What's coming over is less than impressive, I'll keep my fingers crossed for 2013 for MVP.

Which coaches have left Mizuno for the Patriots? There don't seem to be to many left.

Gabe Abelia was with Mizuno AA and I could be wrong but was the 18 or 18 Gold coach until Jackson took over. Ginger Johnson has a daughter who played for Mizuno AA and now is a coach for the 16U NCP as well. The teams aren't disappearing. You just have to find what people have renamed themselves.

MVP has a nice facility! I workout with my kid there. I don't know anything about their teams as they are too young for our interest but I am pro I hope it works for everybody.
