FWIW!
#1- Look out for the best interest of your kid, and help them succeed in life not just sports.
#2- Youth high level Sports are a doggie dog business.
#3- Dont trust anyone that tells you what you want to hear
#4- Dont believe 99% of all the b.s. you hear or read.
#5- high level coachs have huge ego's, deal with it or move on!
#6- Once you choose a program/team, its on YOU!
#7- You only have one shot at this with each child, dont "F" it up!
#8- Make sure your kid works hard off the field and in the classroom if she expects to play at next level.
#9- In most cases its not greener on the other side, as drama is everywhere YOU want it to be!
#10- ENJOY THE RIDE!
We have been very fortunate with our kids, and all have grown up to be good people. I hope the best for the Sorcerer program they have been very good to us, and have done wonderful things for my kid. Its tough to bite my tounge at this stage and I REALLY wish it could have waited until after Premier for EVERYONE involved including my kid, although I do get it. I see good things happening is all I can say, and that comes from someone who has seen it all.
