Anyone know what's going on in So Cal this weekend? Nor Cal has a bunch of teams playing down there. No results have been posted, not that I can find anyway.

Look for individual results via websites. Its a showcase, not a tournament. There are NOT a bunch of teams down here. I see 4 in all of 14U and 16U, throw in a couple 18's (AASA and Hustle) and we are at 6. That being said, Sorcerer is playing 14's, looks like KG is playing 16's and thats 2 of your 4. I wont even address the 18's as im sure thats not your interest.

Sorcerer won all 3 yesterday (Lady Sharks 13-2, Fury 7-2 and Punishers 6-1) and is up 8-0 on an 00 so cal athletics team live as we speak. playing Pure fastpitch at 930 am and then done.

can someone find kg scores?. guessing that is the only 2 teams in nor cal that are interesting to most folks that are in showcase. (not meaning to slight lady sharks, mizuno aa walker)

Ya, I realized after I posted that some of the teams that had begun the registration process did not attend. There were only 4 or 5 college coaches there....just seemed a bit early to be going all the way down to SoCal for a Showcase tournament.

My mistake. They are at the AFC Showcase in San Diego.

Understood OTF, no worries. I still am a believer that the trip south is more than about softball, its about memories and life, for 99% of the athletes and their families. Good on all of you for going, a memory your kids wont forget. Looks like a lot were in Central Valley Showcase, more than likely following the masses as nothing was really going on in sac/stockton. I didnt see/hear from breeze, aasa, grapes, team cali or any of the other usual suspects this weekend.

Surf City used to be pretty good about not allowing that.

All that's gotten kind of out of hand...Seems kids are a complete failure in the game when they're 12U and not playing at least 16U ball...

Because there are not as many teams signed up for the Winter Showcase, we do allow some teams to play up. You will not find that in the October, Early Thanksgiving and Summer Showcases.
