Guest Players

Just curious. Isn't there a limit to how many players a team can pick up as "guest" players for Championship play (ASA, PGF, Triple Crown, etc.)? I saw an advertisement where a team was looking for a "few" guest players for the PGF Nationals. I thought a team could only pick up 2 players.

PGF is unlimited.

Up to a max roster of 20.

True, although it's even rarer now for a team going to ASA Nats to already have 18+ on their roster.

forgive me if this sits wrong with some as I am new to this site, but what I don't understand is if you already have a roster that has been through the grind, why would you bring on a new player? why not reward your true team and let the chips fall where they may, my kid is on a mid level 14u team so I have no personal experience with this situation, but just the same I think you should go with what got you there
