Thoughts on Tryouts

Coaches, your thoughts on those holding tryouts prior to season end? Personally, I just see why any athlete would show up prior to finishing play. As for "open practice" could you offend your families any more than hosting "open practices"?

I agree the norcal thread has been quiet for a long time
Teams are having tryouts earlier and earlier it seems. Maybe try to get your team built first, who knows
