Well this weekend was the first round of Fall tournaments. There was one in Stockton last weekend with only 8 teams. There is another R&R tournament this weekend with 14 teams.

If there was a tourney in Sac last weekend, I am unaware of who did what. All you have to do is start looking at the results from week to week to see who the better teams are.

R&R and Grapettes always post results, both Saturday pool play and Sunday bracket play. Isnt hard to figure it out from there.

I think Sorcerer will have a strong 14's team. SS & 3B are back and they added a strong pitcher and good bats. Playing 16's in fall. Will qualify for 2010 Nationals.

And the Sac ASA does sponsor a Tuesday night league for 12u teams. I always thought the younger teams mostly did friendlies in the fall while the big girls were showing off. Might have explained the low turnout at the IFA last weekend.

14u teams are not doing friendlies for the most part once tournaments get going.
