When and why were the Paltinum Berths removed from the SoCal qualifer?

Field availability issue so they have removed nearly all Platinum Berths for the rest of the Qualifiers. A few still being offered, but not many.

Last I heard PGF was trying to secure a few more fields if possible.

It just seems like false advertising to me. There are 8 berths, you sign up, pay the entry fee, get accepted and then they cut the number of berths in half. Same max number of teams though.

Hopefully they find more fields, if that is truly the problem...

Really?! same amount of teams and yet cut the births in half kind of like a scam....

good business would Reserve fields and then post holding a tournament.
Instead pgf doesn't seem to give a hoot about its clients....

Good to see that there are six berths total now. Good luck to all this weekend! At least it is going to be in the 70's in Hemet.
