if u send an email one person gets the answer post it here and thousands get the answer
I would agree what a PITA it must be to monitor different threads and then address migrating topics as threads evolve. If the emailer gets an answer, maybe they could post the question and the answer.
You could make the argument that they should be responsive to their constituency, but I think they are, especially if you compare them to ASA.

I asked for an update via PM and Gary replied 9/21:
We basically set the qualifiers for 18HS and the others where possible. We are waiting for some confirmations.
12 and 14 will not be lumped together and 12 will be a week earlier only in Fountain valley.
We have another meeting in two weeks and after that we should be able to post some meaningful information.

What do you need to know?? 12U will be played the week before the 14/16/HS division. Qualifiers are being determined at the next couple of board meetings for the younger divisions. HS qualifiers are basically set pending final confirmation from hosting sites. Be more than happy to answer any questions you might have. Send a PM.

We are not waiting for ASA. We are still finalizing a few locations before releasing all of our qualifiers.
PS: ASA does not release their qualifiers til January. Unless they are changing their usual release date, all they are releasing today is the sites of the 2013 National Championship sites
