Is this concept picking up any steam? It doesn't seem like teams are signing up to qualify for regional tournaments?

It was a very ambitious undertaking and they weren't able to 'prime the pump' with invites like they have with Nationals. The Midwest and Eastern Regionals are doing better, but neither is looking spectacular so far. Hopefully all 3 will get a lot more teams after the national qualifiers are finished.
I suspect they will relax the 4 event method of qualifying for this year's Regionals. Qualifying is only necessary when you have more teams wanting to enter than spots available.

I'd like to see the tournaments held east of the Miss update their brackets. Very annoying to follow when they don't update. PGF should demand the TD's update the brackets! JMO
