I think there are other issues at hand and she was seeing the writing on the wall of getting out before she was pulled into something she had nothing to do with. I think KIP will be out by the end of the year due to poor team play the last couple of years along with other issues going on around the team. Since she has been the HC, KIP has done nothing with her own players that she brought in. The 2010 team was still Sue's team. I really think Lisa would do a much better job and get the big recruits that KIP let go (Ricketts, Schultz to name a couple).

I don't much care what an east-coaster like you thinks of west-coast schools that you know nothing about. If you do a little research, you'll find that most national rankings have UCLA in the top 25 when discussing best colleges. Average incoming freshman GPA is 4.2. Having said that, if you don't consider it to be in the top 50, you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

There are many excellent West Coast schools- ie Stanford- I just don't consider UCLA upper crust. What rankings are you looking at?

Cal Poly softball is in San Luis Obispo.

No the Cal Poly being mentioned is in Pomona for softball I believe, but Cal Poly has a campus in San Luis Obispo also and is in my opinion a better school. two totally different schools.

The Cal Poly Mustang team Jenny Condon coaches plays DI at Bob Janssen Field in SLO. Pretty sure that's the team Puppy went to, since Cal Poly Pomona no longer plays softball.
