Just spent some time on a road trip and climbing Lassen (about 10.5k feet) and Cinder Cone (damn sandy pumice up a 40 degree hill) will... give you a severe workout. Hiking around Truckee at 7200-9500 feet is "exhilarating". The CrossFit is proving to be a great add to her workouts. Well worth looking into if you are not familiar with it.

Asked DD2 about crossfit, she has that as part of her workouts. I remember she bought some exercise program a while back, didn't ask her what it was , but she likes it , says it "kicks my ass".

DonnieS... well, that's probably CrossFit. DD comes home looking like she's been "shot at and missed, pooped at and hit". And she loves it. It's definitely a workout.

I thought of a smarta$$ response to the 24/7 question, thinking "yes, the day they have a baby". Then, 2 seconds later, reflected that that would fully count as many, many 24/7's.
