Rachel Hanson going to Stanford should be interesting. Great recruiter with excellent ties to high school and select coaches. Anytime a coach moves a program into an NCAA spot in a short time, the market responds. I have seen Stanford recruit QBs first hand and it is an aggressive school in terms of early commitments. I bet Hanson adopts that strategy quickly. Shannon Doepking from Amherst moving up to Division 1 Dartmouth after one year. She was a terrific catcher at Tenn. and takes over with a strong core of players.
