Do so many California kids go outside to play because 1) there are only so many places to play in California, 2) kids want to get the heck out of dodge and away from folks, or 3) do the California recruiters do the same thing that short sighted recruiters here in Texas do - if you wanna play in Texas , you will take less of a scholarship to play here.
