Rule regarding D1 coach coaching travelball

Does anyone know the rules regarding a Division One Volunteer Assistant Coach coaching for a travel team? I have been told different interpretations of the rules. I was told that Volunteer Assistants must follow the same rules as paid assistants.

Where the different interpretations come in is:
A) They CAN coach ANY age but every kid on their travel team must reside within 50 miles of their college;
-or-
B) They CAN coach ONLY 8th grade and younger as to not break recruiting communication rules; and every kid on their travel team must reside within 50 miles of their college;
-or-
C) They CANNOT coach during the Fall, but CAN coach ANY age during the summer; and every kid on their travel team must reside within 50 miles of their college;
-or-
D) They CANNOT coach during the Fall, but CAN coach during the summer but ONLY 8th grade and younger as to not break recruiting communication rules; and every kid on their travel team must reside within 50 miles of their college;
