Tracking college correspondence

I've heard a few people mention tracking their correspondence with coaches, in a spreadsheet. Would anyone mind sharing the format of your spreadsheet if you've got something slick? I'm not an excel guru, but have a few ideas. Just curious what has worked well for others. Please strip your personal info out. Thanks.
