NCAA Eligibility questionnaire and RTA question

Helping the kid fill out the NCAA eligibility questionnaire and stopped on the "Athlete Contacts" when it asked, "Have you ever given permission other than parent, legal guardian, or coach to market your skills in Women's Softball?" Does RTA count in this situation? I use the free portion of RTA and have yet to upgrade. We don't want to get tripped up on a guess.
