Guess where it happened? HOUSTON, TX

I hope DD's team NEVER plays anywhere NEAR Houston.

I know it's irrational, sorry, but I will never take my family there...

Crusher, what part of Houston ? You were lucky for the help, there is a lot of Houston, dd and I go there once every week or two for pitching lessons. We try to play there as much as we can, we have several places we prefer, several places in Houston, and our almost home, Huber Ranch in Seguin, and I have even seen some serious crime in that neat little town. Its all over - got to be careful.

There is plenty of police patrol at the Sugar Land fields. If you dont beleive that, just park in "no parking allowed area" and see how quickly you get a $75.00 parking ticket

The Sugarland softball complex is the best softball venue in the greater Houston area by far. I question the motives of the author of this post.

I love the Sugarland Fields the complex is kept up well the fields them self's are good its a beautiful park.

As for my motives of writing this post is I'm tired of playing there having my window or my friends window or our coaches window or hell even someone I don't know window smashed in. As I said every time my DD's team plays there you hear of at lest 4 or 5 cars getting broken into. I don't have some grudge against Sugarland the city the park or anything its just as I stated before.

Found this today. Sugarland is ranked the 11th safest place in America.
It really is just a park problem with the parking lot so far from the fields and lack of monitoring. I have seen police in the parking lot before, but unfortunately, only after a break in has occurred.

I talked to a police friend who checked with SLPD who says they only had 2 break ins reported at the Girls Fastpitch Complex in the past 2 months. Daniel has other motives.
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.

Don't go by police reports made, find out how many calls were dispatched. A report is only made if the complainant wants a report. Many times, they will not make a report because they don't want insurance going up. So if it's only a window busted and something small stolen, it won't offset their deductible.

As far as Sugarland being 11th safest place, that's interesting. There's always something on TV about carjackings or something going on there. Maybe, they are referring to murder rates.

How about you read the article first before posting...From the article:
CQ Press ranked crime during 2008 in 393 cities and 332 metropolitan areas using six crime categories — murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary and motor vehicle theft.

Damn you got me zig. I'll just admit it now. The upper concession stand up by the playground just doesn't put enough cheese on there nachos. Dammit every time too you get to those last few chips and there's no cheese left nothing pisses me off more then that. That is why I never want to play there again.

You happy you found my secret motive. Now I can move on guilt free Thanks again zig
