Missing girl

Have to tell you Joe, I'm on that line of defeatism.

When the post office didn't see "electronic medium" harming their business 10 yrs ago and is in billions of debt, healthcare reform, housing reform, lack of penal reform, etc, etc., it kinda overwhelms you and makes you wonder WTH is wrong with all these people. I have worked for the government and both of my parents still do. The stupidity, waste, and get-by-with-a-paycheck attitude would baffle any normal person. And it's on EVERY level I have ever known.

IRT this thread, I would like to refer anyone that doesn't know how a real jail system works to the Japanese prisons. I've seen it first hand (as a visitor) and would love to see something like it here. Here is an old article, but pretty much describes what I saw as well.

The only thing I would change is more "an eye for an eye".

Giving up is simply not an option. I'll take a bullet for my kid and I'll be damned if some sorry-ass legal system is going to make me rollover and run scared. Am I armed and ready for a fight? You bet your ass I am... and if I'm Chelsea's dad, I've got my Sig .357 in my back pocket taking a stroll around the jailhouse in San Diego...looking for an opportunity! But that fight isn't mine...yet. Right now, the best I can do is work within a system, flawed as it might be, and demand change. All of this is common ground for Dems or Reps....protecting our kids is a frickin' "no brainer". There should be NO disagreement!!!

At this point there are to many sex registrants out there to keep track of. We as parents have to educate our kids and do what we have to do to protect them. We need to be on the Megans Law web-site and know the sex registrants living around us, and just because we live in an area with little crime does not mean that our children are safe. These guys are preditors and are constantly hunting for their next victim. They can not be rehabilitated and will at some point give into their desires and will commit another crime. The police do not have the personnell to keep track of these offenders and they only have to register on their birthdate every year or if they move. They are only electronically monitored if they are on parole and are a high profile sex offrender. The laws need to be changed and the District Attorney's Office needs to stop cutting deals for these guys and go after them aggressively. Don't rely on anyone else to keep your family safe and don't ever get complacent.

For what its worth, I just sent a letter to my Congressman, Senators, and President on this matter. But all of us need to do this or they wont do squat!! They most likely wont do anything anyway. I just dont understand why there are people more worried about these POS rights then our kids. If convicted they should be locked up until they die and they should NOT be kept in solitary. Put them in the general population!! I personally would execute all of them. They serve no purpose on this earth.

1) burn the mothers house to the ground for birthing the monster. She's probably a f-ing psychopath anyways.
2) the victims father(s) will have to wait until the trial for his chance the kill the POS...a high strength nylon tie wrap may do it. Can be easily slipped into the courtroom and if he gets the chance he could almost decapitate him with it. Good chance it will kill him either way. That will get you about five years in prison...no problem.

Also the police chief needs to resign immediately. A woman was attacked Dec 27th. on the same running trail and the public was not warned.

Shut the f**k up. Next time you vote liberal, think about these girls, express your anger then. Our prisons are Club Meds because Governor moonbeam Brown(D) signed and enacted the CA Prisoner Bill of Rights. One of the provisions is no overcrowding, let them out early and lighter sentencing, because we can't overcrowd the prison population  . Now he wants to be governor again, and let me guess, you will vote for him because you have to go party line, be a man and open your eyes.

I've often heard that the last thing you'd want to go into prison for is 'child molestation', as if there exists a literal form of criminal justice in which the inmates 'take care of' the convicted molesters. And yet our cities are chock full of these sick bastards.

wtf is going on in our prisons?

I'm sure there are countless D.A.'s who are certain the guys they convict will never see the light of day, that the prison version of criminal justice will see that true justice is meted out.

where are the convicted murderers when we need them most? why are they letting the molesters go free?

clearly, there is something wrong with the system.

All the child molesters are placed into protective custody and almost have no contact with other prisoners. It is standing order that if a child molester comes into contact with a general population inmate they will be assaulted or killed. Sometimes mistakes happen, but not to often. These inmates know they are protected and get to live harms free with a lot of rights.

That is sick and frickin' twisted! Why not just throw some innocent kids in there with them, make their life easier still? By protecting them, and then freeing them, that is exactly what our so-called justice system does. An injustice to the people it is intended to protect.

What a farked up system.

What's even worse is that if one of these child molesters gets assaulted and we fail to protect them, they will sue for a large sum of money. Usually they are offered a settlement before it even goes that far.
