Cheese with that whine?

Only cheese I got for you Joe is some head cheese. What were you doing on Sunday? Sitting around playing tiddly winks looking for some crackers to eat with that head cheese?

To the contrary about all the complaints of the Bomber Tournament. The fields were in great shape considering the amount of rain they received Saturday morning. Scott and his crew worked very hard on them and did an excellent job. He gave all coaches several different scenarios Saturday morning and left it up to us as to what we wanted to try and salvage for this tournament. Anybody that got less than four games are going to be refunded a portion of their entry fee. For all you whiners out there, please see Joe, maybe he has some extra crackers.

True about the restrooms, they could of rented a couple more porta potty's and maybe cleaned the one actual restroom they have a couple of times. The concessions were not all that great, but most everybody brings their own food and drinks anyways so that part was not bad either. The umpires were not even too bad except for the one guy that called our runner safe, the other coach asked him to ask the plate blue and I clearly heard the field umpire say he missed the call, which he did, and the plate umpire overturned his incorrect judgement call. Never seen that done in my life.

Great job Phantomz. Going 5 - 0 on Sunday giving up only one run. I am really proud of you. Last but not least, nice shot Mariah. What a way to get that championship game going with that bomb over the left field wall.

Saturday Morning was cold and it rained alot. The girls could not feel their fingers in our pool game we got in late Sat. night. Then it was in the 30s with a driving wind in our 8am bracket game. It was tough for everyone!

Bombers way to go to get this thing pulled off! Despite the weather it was another great team building time. I always enjoy going to the Bombers tournament.

Phantomz, congratulations! Way to bring the hardware home to Houston!

Great games this weekend. Congrats to all the teams who won.

I would like to personally conrgadulate TPS '99 on a well played tourney. They hit the ball well and their pick-up pitcher threw the ball extremely well. Great job to all the teams that battled the elements to place in such a competetive event.

My hats off also to the Kruzers, Threat and Extreme Heat for a well played tournament.

I look froward to seeing all you guys play in the coming months and good luck the rest of the year.

finishing 3rd is a little better than cracking the top 15! oh and 3 out 4 houston teams finishing in the top 10 aint to shabby either. cant wait for the hof qualifier. that tournament could be crazy withh all the top teams from every region playing.
