Christa Williams has a group rate of 35.00 per hour. There is no way i would pay a $100.00 per hour for lessons, not in this economy. :D

I'm not trying to bash Mr. Martwick. I know nothing about him or his credentials. Someone said he is the best in the area. Just trying to find out who he has coached that has pitched or is pitching at the college level. That is where we want opur dd's to end up. Pitching in college. So who knows his credentials ????? and who he has coached as a pitcher????

On a small tangent, does anyone have any experience with the weekly clinic for HS pitchers that UH coach Holas runs?

Why, because he is still in the hospital? I heard Tim and Eddie go back a long way. I think Eddie even taught him everything he knows..

In all honesty I wouldn't put too much weight in who a particular pitching coach has put into this or that college. A very motivated young lady will, even with a less than current/desirable pitching style ( swinging door ), become successful. There is a coach in the DFW area that teaches the swinging door style and has girls in D1 schools, but I wouldn't send any young lady his way ever. Once we found the "style" that best suited my DD, it was obvious and we have stuck with it ever since. She continues to have success and improve. We have taken little things from each of our pitching coaches, but I've yet to agree 100% with any of them. I've done a ton of research, video study, and long conversations with many pitching coaches locally and nationally. I have final say about what she will and won't adopt in her pitching, I work in collaboration with her pitching coach to come up with what is best for my DD. The only pitching coach that I've met so far, that I would completely defer to what ever he said is Bill Hillhouse, when he comes to town.
