Cupcheck,
First off NO CAPS, that means you are yelling, maybe you are after dealing with these parents.

The parents sound like a cancer to the team, give them no more warnings, complain and your kid gets cut bottom line. Sad for the kid but you have to think about the entire team

Cut her. She won't be able to function for long, with all of that going on.

I agree, I would pull the parents aside and tell them that this is an issue that you have already discussed with them and it continues. They very next time I see it or hear it then I will be forced to release you guys from the team. Oh Yeah, yes I have had this happen on 2 occasions. One occasion the parents changed and have become some of my best parents on the team. The other occasion, bye bye. It's just too bad for the kid, 100% not their fault but it will destroy your team chemistry if you let it.

hhhmmm, let's see..

Option A - keep problem family and risk losing everyone else on the team, or at the very least allow said family to ruin the experience for everyone else, especially you.

or

Option B - cut the kid because of the parents.

I think it's VERY obvious to you what needs to be done (besides removing the Caps Lock ) :

Bad parents can bring down a team quickly. I have seen it happen on a few occasions. Do your team and yourself a favor and get rid of the problem. Hopefully after being cut they get the picture but they probably won't.

Coach,

I have a friend that we played with last year who's dd aged up this year. He is one of those guys that is a pain as well. He doesn't even know it, but everyone else on the team sees it and it is a cancer to the team. He also has a great kid that would be missed by the team. Her current coach took the parents aside after much drama and laid it on the line. His options were to sit in the outfield away from everyone so that no one could hear him or leave the team immediately. From what I heard, problem solved. IMHO that is too much rope, I would have cut them long ago.

Ban them to the outfield at games and sit in the car at practices. Tell them its probation. 3 tournys with no issues, they can come back to the bleachers. Tell them in private. Let them know its a last warning and their DD WILL be cut regardless of her skills and performance

It seems overkill but in Fall when we had our team, we had team rules that parents and players signed. It was 3 pages and covered how players would be played, rules during practice, games etc. If there was an issue, hey YOU signed the rules. Luckily we didnt have any issues, maybe the rules were why.

What age group is this?

Coach- You talked about it yet it continues. At this point your the blame. I would have removed my kid from this cancer and irresponsbile coaching a long time ago. :o
