Virtually any bat which is approved under the BPF 1.20 standard, rather than the ASA f2219 testing standard will be hotter. Mainly because they can be.
As a practical matter, this means bats that are approved for USSSA, rather than for ASA. There are a lot of bats like that. Many of them are slow pitch bats, meaning that they weigh 27+ oz. That won't be a deterrent for most of the national team hitters.
