ok, I guess this question will show how geographically challenged I am, but how close is Oklahoma City to all that wild weather and tornadoes?
How often does that type of weather impact your tournaments, etc out there in America's heartland?

Arto, we average 50 tornados per year, (most of those are from April to June) the last big one to come through OK City was an F-5 that took a chunk of residential OKC and literally wiped out a few smaller towns like Stroud.

If you play ball in Oklahoma, sooner or later you will hear tornado sirens while on the field. Its happened to my family twice in the last 4 years, luckily we avoided direct hits.

No, "Cali" doesn't think they can just show up. Mostly because "Cali" can't show up at all...its 2000 miles away. Texas cant show up either. Neither can Texas "be off to a good start." What does that even mean? You've got a couple of teams playing there...so what? I mean what is it with you Texans? We Californians don't sit around pining for other California teams to win. Not unless we know and like the people on them.

I was actually hoping AA and Grapewhatevers would get pounded over there until I read this stupid thread. "Go Texas! Yeah! We'll show those "Calis" some real Texas Power!" There twelve year old girls on a couple of teams sheesh.

Thats all I see over on your Texas boards. Teams talking about how good they are GOING to do, and then rubbing it in IF they beat some medochre teams.
