ASA July 4th Qualifier

Someone please answer this for me. I know this will shock some of you but I am having trouble getting in touch with Gil from ASA. Ok I know, that sounds outrageous but it's true!!
Do any of you know the format for the 14U qualifier and where it is being held. I have been told by one person that it's being held in La Habra and by a couple people that it's being held in Menifee. Also, is there a draw for this tournament or do they just post it??

The 14U July 4th Qualifer is beeing held in Menifee. I think there is a draw for pool games, then another draw after that, based on the winners and loser of the pool games.
Now as for contacting Gil, you have a better chance of finding a needle in a hay-stack
