14U California Dream Team

[StillThinking]

Congrats to the Jets for winning a tournament where none of the best teams had to attend because they were already qualified! It's good to see rec teams moving up in the world.

[StillThinking]

By the way, who's the smart person that decided on the name "Jets" for a softball team. Maybe you could've gone with other rec ball names like "Lucky Charms", "Green Lighting", "Baby Blue Angels", "The Baby Bombers", or beer league names like "Switch Hitters".

[oldskool]

Well it is good to see that the old Eteamz BB crew from California has made the transition to Hey Bucket. Won't be long before this place becomes full of trolls as well.

16U Courage looked like they were getting handled by these 14U teams.

Looks like the LL will roll straight through Texas.

We just need the Lakewood Ladies Red team to qualify this weekend and the trifecta will be complete.

Still looking for 2 players (LF & 2B) to complete the "Dream Team".

What makes a great player? Speed, a strong arm, good bat, glove, and a great attitude?

[All 4 One]

That's what they said last year in 12u..........
I guess everyone should cancel their reservations and save their money, just mail them the trophy now.

Sounds good to me.

Save yourselves a bunch of dough.

The Jets beat everyone that showed up to play.
It's not their fault the field was weak.

Although this is a great idea, I think that you guys have forgot one very key person that not only coaches a great team but keeps composure while doing it, Lyn Christensen from the OC Wildcats.
As I have heard, 'Nothing can substitute experience'. Lyn played college ball so she knows exactly what is going on out there. If you ask me she is just as good as Campbell, without the yelling.
