Are you kidding me. The top players get that way from having talent and a work ethic and somewhere down the line they get some good coaching. Nowhere in that equation is being pushed a prerequisite. Your statement scares me.

Who is going to be the 12U OBS manager/head coach this year?? Have you found somebody yet Cory??

Joe Aguilar is the head coach and has been.

I will be heavily involved with this team up through the middle of May. I will be at most tournaments coaching them as well as at their practices instructing. I will probably spend more time with this team then with my Gold team as the Summer season goes by very fast.
