CA Breeze Friendly This Weekend

by notme » Sun Feb 12, 2012 10:47 am

Too bad Smash98 can't play in the up coming friendly. We need to see more of these teams playing each other before the regular season. Really good players on these teams. It's great for the sport!!!

Is it true that Smash 98 was told there was no more room for them to join in on the Sorcerer friendly? Sounds like they want to make sure they will come out on top in their own friendly? You would think a friendly would be the best time for the top teams to play against each other, it's great practice.

I heard Smash had a good day Saturday going 3-0. Smash even beat Sorcerers, who did bring all high school girls to play in the friendly. Smash always has a good showing and fantastic coaching staff.

I talked to a 12u coach this morning and he thought that breeze99 beat mizuno and KG Hitters, smash beat breeze99 and mizuno, KG hitters beat mizuno and smash.

If the friendly is full its full, why do you think Smash did not come today to friendly, they called to late, probably exact same thing here. Sorcerer's are not going to shy away from any team in the country, and "come out on top" wth is that, its a friendly in early Feb, most teams with a clue have kids on pitch counts, and are moving people all around, so if people want to walk around chirping they did this they did that and it makes you feel better, go for it but, your only kidding yourself!

Wow triplecrown lol. Actually I have to say yesterday there wasn't ANY moving around on either one of these teams. They both seemed to be trying to make a point. I know there was a lot of trash talking going on before this weekend between the two teams. ;)

Smash and Sorcerer both looked good Saturday.

@ triplecrown-YES I did see HS girls playing for Sorcerer this weekend in the friendly. Sorcerer must not of been too confident showing up to the friendly with just 98 players.
