I am wondering how the other teams feel about this and about losing out on the chance to play the better teams and in turn get better themselves. Seems a little one sided to me and just who decided who these "elite" teams are an who is not an "elite team". I also hear the first of these "friendlies" are to take place this weekend in Garland.
It doesn't matter who decides or what other teams think of this. This is a good thing, not a bad thing.
I say get a grip on reality.....HA HA HA
The five other coolest people in Texas and myself have decided not to invite anyone else to our UFC watch parties. We have concluded that we don't want to bother ourselves with people who do not have the high level of expertise and knowledge of MMA that we do. So we will no longer be attending the public watch parties at Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooter's....now none of you will be able to get our brilliant insight concerning the sport of mixed martial arts!! (Insert devious laugh here)
Kind of reminds me of high school, where the wanna be athlete tried to hang out with the "cool kids" but was ignored, or that 80's movie with Patrick Dempsey where the hot chick agrees to be his girlfriend and get him into the cool crowd, so she can pay to replace the jacket, of her mothers, that she spilled wine on. I think it is called "Can't Buy Me Love".
