So Cal Try Outs?

What's on your mind?

by softballdad » Wed Sep 10, 2008 9:19 pm

How many try outs did you take your DD before you picked a team or a team picked your DD. And what team had the most talent at their try out?

We went to Firecrackers'95 and Minors Gold'95 there was at least 28 to 30 girls at each try out and enough talent to make 2 good teams out of each try out.
I believe in getting into hot water. I think it keeps you clean.

I think we are going to have to drop the 95 off their team name since they are a mixture of 95's and 94's now.

So what are you going to do #1? I am also trying to figure out what to do with my younger one.

I don't know I am still looking, We had great coaching last year so I am just trying to find a place fairly close to home where she can get some good coaching. Close to home for me is within 30-40 miles.

Well, why don't you take a team? If you got the time I got the space.

What age? If she's good enough, I might get back into the game....

She's a 96 Sam, you ready to have another run at it? :)

If I took a team my other one would be yelling at me for never being around..

Beside that I can't coach my own kids I'm to much of an Ahole, great with others horrible with my own. I aint gonna lie....

Come on Sam, you can do it. And you would be near your old pal Third Base Coach.
