What's on your mind?

by CharlieHough » Wed Sep 10, 2008 9:35 pm

Uno Tres! my brother from another mother!!!

Good to see you are still on the boards.....give the family love!

Looks like Easton is listening. I can't wait to post the bat came right away and my DD is hitting bombs with it.
I'm gonna take this right foot, and I'm gonna whop you on that side of your face...and you wanna know something? There's not a damn thing you're gonna be able to do about it!

wow 761 views on this topic.....

What a great story it would be if Easton would sponsor one of my daughters teams.......(or both)

Firecrackers 96' or American Athletics 97'

lets see.....a $25,000 investment x 2 = $50,000 investment into 2 non profit organizations(tax deductible)

This PR alone would bring amazing ROI. 200 bats @ $250 is an easy break even.

I'm just sayin. :D

Took me a little longer then I expected to figure it out...you originally asked for a different size bat. The PR firm will resend your confirmation email and you will receive the bat in 3-6 weeks after they get the confirmation reply from you.

Let me know if she winds up hitting that homerun in her first at bat.

Thanks KW! You are the man(or woman)!

I never did get an original email to reply to and will look for the email to come. I know the email address Easton has for me is correct because I have the email that was sent confirming I signed up for the contest.

3 to 6 weeks now....wow....Can get Ginzu knives faster from Home Shopping network. I guess the clock doesn't even start till I get the email.

Any word on the Sponsorship? :o The Easton Athletics has a nice ring to it....

My guess is that you will receive it in under 3 weeks...the reason the timeline is what it is has to do with the "other" prize being given away...our new batter's gloves embroidered with your name/number on them like our pro players wear. They take a few weeks to get done since they are custom.

Sponsorship requests should be submitted in writing to the corporate office.

Good luck this Fall

I meant....... after confirmation 4 - 6 weeks. Forgot to allow for the red tape.

You've aged well, nice picture, can you keep an ERA of under 9 for around $4 mil? See you in spring training, you and Charlie Pride may make next years team. Imagine an era of under 9 and a concert after each game, brings a tear to your eye to think about it!
