Probably. But, I'm NOT agreeing with it. I think teams SHOULD go to Nationals. Even if they dont have a legit chance of winning(you are right, 6 teams, probably have a legit chance each year). Other than that, its for the experience. We had a great time 2 years ago, with no chance of winning it all.

I agree teams that with a berth and finances should go to Nationals. The pacific nw has sent teams for years without much thought of winning the whole show. There are two main advantages:
- The girls that are on teams that go to Nationals always come back and play a higher level of ball. They bring back a lot of what they see.
- Every year teams from this area to a bit better. We have now have had several top 10 finishes in 18gold and are regularly producing teams that compete at Nationals.
