After a quick trip to the Gators Classic on Sunday, I was impressed by the Indy Crush 2000 going undefeated all weekend and beating the 2nd place team 8-0 in a RR.

Discuss?

Indy Crush 2000 are a strong team! I look for them to be late into most Sundays they are playing. They beat us (Gators 2001) 5-3 in bracket play and then 8-0 in Champ game.

Comegetsome, saw you and several other Gators from other teams in the stands, thanks to all of you for sticking around and rooting us on!

Gators 2001 results from Gators Classic:

Pool: Wins over Hoosier Crush 2000 and Indy Edge 01 (not sure on scores)

Bracket: Wins over
Gators Finchum(12-0), Indy Edge 01(6-4 I think), Hoosier Crush 2000(ITB), and Gators 2000(7-2)
Both losses to Indy Crush 2000 (5-3 and 8-0)

All in all saw some pretty good softball out there for early Fall!!

10GatorCoach,
Your team played very well Sunday too and I think you may have hurt some "peoples" feelings on the '00 team!! All in good clean fun, I'm sure.

Glad you noticed me doing the wave on your side of the field during the final game. :) :) :) :) :) :)

Comegetsome,
seriously doubt any feelings hurt! We were able to get you guys this time, but sure it will go the other way plenty too! Good luck this weekend, may come down to you and Crush 2000. Be good to see some of the other teams as well. I hear Xtreme 00 should be pretty good as well. Go get um and GO GATORS!!! :D

It will be interesting, it seems that a lot of teams are going through many changes....we will see in the Spring!

Seems you are way off on this projection. Indy Crush 2000 is having a hard time finding anyone capable of playing with them. 4 solid pitchers...a batting lineup that puts runs on the board (10/game)..and a solid defense allowing 1 run per game. Already RR'ed both Gators teams, Bombers, and Mafia (white). Add to that Ind Magic (not the "gold" ) and Edge '01. I think they are looking good for early Fall. Thoughts?

Crush 2000 is going to be hard to handle for anyone this year; they were a tough out last year as first year 12's. Without some of the distractions they had this last summer they're going to be too tough for anybody around here to be able to beat consistently.

Then the Indy Crush 2000 needs to travel north and play the Bulldogs00! I'll even throw in the NWI White Sox 2000 and the Aftermath in the mix and have a round robin with all of these teams!

If they're really that good they need to play in the 14u Witches Brew or Monster Mash.

No reason to keep beating up on the rest of the tykes.
