potato butter and sour cream, great,,,,,this debate not so good. 
Biden is on top, and Ryan not taking open shots.
THE STEAK
room temp. and towel dried, then salt pepper.
pan hot,,,,very hot with just a lil bit of olive oil in.
fry steak each side,,,,then add slice of butter and place pan with steaks in oven at 400 for 5 min
mmmmmm slightly crispy or well done on outside and pink red inside. nice...
