They are probably the shy type and would rather not have the attention.

There is no reason why it can't be posted in multiple locations. I know spy does the same thing. However, I have a very specific intent in mind with regard to my request. Recruiting, as it exists now, has a lot of wasted effort involved and is a pretty inefficient process. I am trying to turn my website into a central location where players and college coaches will have a free exchange of information. For example, when college coaches advise me of their recruiting needs, I post it on the website so players will come to find opportunities. Similarly, if players advise me that they are unsigned, I can post that information with the hopes of drawing college coaches who need players. The more that I can draw from both sides, the more efficient the process can become. Eventually, I will be adding a place for players to post their skills videos for the coaches.

The commitments are posted to not only congratulate the girls, but to also potentially draw the college coaches to look at the team's websites in the hopes of peaking their interest in other players.

This service is and will remain free
