The people involved in fracking - a son-in-law, two neighbors , talk about constantly working on improving the quality of what they are using in the process, the cleaner products they use, the cheaper the disposal process is. This is not some secret thing , we have a 1/4 of a state working on this - and from what I heard about to be expanding to more than half the state as some large field out in west texas is going to be worked - they have major incentives to make this as clean as possible. Besides the fact there are major players out there looking over their shoulders 24/7 trying to find some way to shut down the work (these are government workers whose goal is to kill private business so more will have to go on the government tit or even worse, do what I have done - work for the government) - so the energy companies motivation is very high to keep improving this process and as fast as they can.

US Hydraulic Fracturing (Fracking) Regulations Handbook, 2012

For the prevention of groundwater contamination from the chemicals used in the hydraulic fracturing process, both the federal and state regulatory bodies have enacted laws. At the federal level, the laws enacted are the Safe Water Drinking Act and Clean Water Act. At the state level, the rules and regulations in place require the operators of the well to have proper casing and cementing of the hydraulically fractured well, in order to prevent leakage of the fracking fluid into ground-water. G-man, its 20 miles away - its called the Eagle Ford Shale, and my brothers properties are right in the middle of it. And if I had property that they wanted to drill on, I would do it in a heart beat - and move. But move because I don't like the noise. There is so much business going on there that those little towns are nuts now - there are new restaurants, electrical supply businesses, drug stores, hotels, movie theatres, coffee shops , bars, real estate offices, its crazy that the places we used to for peace and quiet are booming now. There is a large lake in the middle of it and even now in drought periods , lots of the oil field workers are going there to rest and fish and drink and bar be que. And for reference information, the Rolling Stone - is just a notch about the New York Times for worthlessness - except to clean up my pets mess.

DD is in Georgia nest week ... Florida the week after and then back in VA & NC ... HS team is shaping up, tryouts next week ... 3rd oldest DD is my Asst. Coach ... 5th oldest who helped me last year is a volunteer coach but cant commit to a paid job ... We have no pitching, hitting, fielding or speed ... This team has not one a district game in 10 years, so we have no where to go but up ...
