Here’s how NBC News, in a March 27, 2012, broadcast of the “Today” show, abridged the tape of Zimmerman’s comments to a police dispatcher on the evening of Feb. 26, 2012:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.



The full tape went like this:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: OK, and this guy — is he black, white or Hispanic?

Zimmerman: He looks black.

Yes NBC are real good baiters, They might even be considered Master baiters.
Baiting is just so easy, and to use it on a mass scale is criminal.
So much for just reporting the news in an un bias fashion and making or allowing people to filter their own opinion.
I for one am always weary of the hidden agenda.

Not even sure there will be a trial. That would mean that Zimmerman's lawyers would be allowed to bring into evidence Martin's past which would mean all the texts, video's and school records. This would not look good on the whole innocent "child" thing.

They don't want it to come out that he was suspended for beating up a bus driver and then bragging about it in text messages. Or the pictures of the gun he took to show his friends which one he was going to buy. They don't want it to come out that to make sizzurup you need any type of fruity drink, skittles, and robitussen. Two of those items which he was carrying that night.

This is all just crazy!! Such a travesty!!

That is so true about the civil trial- a much different animal with much looser restriction on evidence.

I feel bad for Martin's parents. They seem like nice people who should not have go through something like this. Hopefully they will get sound legal advice(not from someone seeking plubicity) who let them know what they might be dragged through.

This whole thing should have been avoided in the first place. Zimmerman- a wannabee cop(reminds me of the losers that were part of Public Safety on my college campus) should have stayed were he was-as instructed by 911, stayed in his car

Martin should have just kept walking and not been a tough guy- both of them escalated nothing into a tragedy

You have a prosecutor who bypassed a Grand Jury(which would have shown the weakness in the state's case) and was motivated by poitical pressure or motivation

You have a press that wants to stir up things because it is good for ratings

The whole thing was STUPID and avoidable
