Sorry Spazsdad I couldn't resist.

For me it was PJ Mulligans in Cupertino. Drank a few beers, threw darts, did a little dancing and met my wife there.

Joe Jost's Long Beach, Ca. A scene from "The Body Guard" with Whitney Houston and Kevin Costner was filmed there. Love the eggs.

The Stabilizer (aka The Stabes) near the Purdue campus. It was in a converted meat locker. The graffitti above the urinal in the men's restroom read, "Flush twice, it's a long way to the Old Style tap." John Lee Hooker and Foghat both performed there. It was the kind of college dive bar that you just have to love. It's since been torn down to make room for Purdue expansion. I still miss that place.

Any of 'em with wadetresses! ;)

Happy Jax in Jacksonville FL ranks right up there. Barkeeps name was Lucy Mae... I came to know her Lucy does!

And as hard as this may be to believe for you younger folk, they had a drive-thru window where you could order cocktails. They'd mix 'em up and serve 'em in plastic cups... they took 'one more for the road' literally!

Also fun in Jax was "The World's Largest Outdoor Cocktail Party", held before the Florida - Georgia football game. Of course, this too was back when 'cocktail party' meant alcohol was poured in copious amounts.
Don't worry about tomorrow. You did that yesterday.

Well, there was that quaint little establishment in Tijuana with the most interesting stage entertainment. Do forgive if I can't remember the name.
