Ace, sometimes I worry about you.

Haha, thanks? No I really love Steve Perry and his tight jeans and feathered mullet. I can rewind my cassette tape over and over! God I love that song!

Ahhh ! An Austin guy/gal ... actually, kinda funny, I thought David Bromberg did a better job with Bojangles as he included the story about him and Jerry Jeff on a live version ... But other Jerry Jeffs ... La Freeway, Dear John Letter Lounge, Curly & Lil,Jaded Lover... that Ol' Beat Up Guitar... Standing At a Big Hotel ...and on & on & on ,.... and yes, Bob Wills is still the king of Texas Swing ...

Driving into work today listening to a CD, thinking about the economy, how I get to help bail out a bunch of businesses that didn't act responsibly, to bail out every Tom, Dick and Harry who thought they could afford to buy a house. Taxes going up in California and the good old USA. New Obama budget with more earmarks than was ever imagined.

And then, the CD plays a song that really fits the times.

Edgar Winters "Free Ride"
