Help....need replacement cleats for Watleys

Could someone please tell me where I can get some replacement cleats for the old style Watley cleats? Do I have to use Mizuno brand, or is there another brand that you recommend that will also work?

Your looking for the Penguin brand replacement cleat, IF you find them online you can get a good deal but shipping and time will come into play. Plenty of big sporting goods stores carry them as well. Those Watley's are a great price and you cant beat them until you start buying cleats for them because the cleats are like butter. Its almost cheaper to get another pair.

My DD likes the new Nikes but prefers the Mizuno when catching or pitching.

One more thing.....do the replacement cleats wear down just as quickly as the mizuno ones that come with it assuming you are not buying the mizuno cleat but a different brand?

My DD has those cleats, just got them at the start of outside practice around the begining of March. I have had to replace them once and already have to again. The replacements were the Penguin brand, but I didn't see a difference is wear time. The ones they came with lasted maybe 2 1/2 weeks, Penguins lasted 2. Wearing her old Ringors now until we order the new Boombah's. Can't be a deal if you are dropping $8-$10 every two weeks. I won't do it again.

Dang it frog's mom, that isn't what I was hoping to hear! Of course, you are right, not really a deal if you have to replace cleats every couple of weeks. I did get her these just to wear at practice though. Ordered the new Ringors for games. Thanks for the input!

DD has had a few pairs of the Watleys and loves them for the light weight and comfort. Problem was, the original cleats were half gone after one tourney...

We replaced them pretty quickly and the wear time on these seems to be about the same as an averager pair of cleats... I seem them at a lot of different retailers locally - probably don't have to go through on line ordering if you look around a little.

You can pick them up at Sports Authority. I believe this is a Nation wide store. I picked them up for $9.99. They last my daughter month to month an half. She perfers to take her cleats off after games though and put on sandals. The concrete will wear them down rather quickly. My daughter likes them so much she had my better half buy her two different pairs in bigger sizes.
