What city and state did this all take place in?

In Lynchburg, VA. ... we really don't have much crime ... I would say drugs and domestics are the most common ... a little blue collar crime now and then ... ya know, Earl stealing gas from his fire department and Thelma embezzling fry money from Berger King ... A few Colleges in town, but only the Moonies at Liberty University seem to stir up the poop ... ironic as it may be ... but every now and then one will Falwell off the wagon ... I guess we have had a few murders recently that didn't involve an associated criminal activity ... Former HS Principals estranged wife shot herself with his hand gun and wrote her suicide note with his finger prints ... that one is on going while he is free on bond ... their former house also recently set itself on fire ... stuff like that ...
