Mom,

She looks good to me. That first pitch captured on the video had very good form (IMO) good finish with the arm circle. She did not have the same finish with her other pitches. Was she throwing some spin pitches? If not, I would show her the finish on the first pitch and the finish on the others. There needs to be consistency there. Good consistent arm speed all the way around the circle. Looked like she was throwing pretty hard with minimal effort being exerted. I think you got an Ace in the making. Good Luck.

What I noticed was on the first pitch she got her hips completely sideways which is good after that she was only getting her hips 75% sideways. My daughter has the same style and when she does not show what I label the Bulls Eye, if you paint a Bull's eye target on the side of her hip, she should be showing that to her catcher on every pitch,   when it is not 100%, she will not pitch well. Some may agree and some will disagree. My two cents. Good luck.

Cant really comment on the form as I am a noob but she looks good. Is she taking lessons?

She looks pretty good. The one thing I would be concerned with is the way she walks through her pitches. IOW, she loses balance because she is leaning to far forward at release. This loss of balance causes her to step forward with her right foot. If her upper body was tall at release and she had enough resistance in her left leg, she would throw harder AND not step through her pitch.

I dont know how she would do it in a game situation or if she wasnt quick pitching... but she appears to "take her sign" with her hands together... break the IP habit now (if she does that).
