I hope HOT BOX avoids a bucket beat down. His speedos may not hold all his junk.

How many 2nd year players can you have on your roster and be considered a first year team? I know there is no written rule just wondering what the consensus will be. Does it matter where they play Pitcher catcher etc?

We ahve a few 97's on our team 4 of 11. The rest are 98's , but the 97's do not pitch or catch. The 97's are good player though.

would we be considered a 97 team? We could just not refrence a year on our name.

Any thoughts?????

Since over 30% of you team is 97 I would not not refer to a year behind your team name. Only exception might be if there is a full 97 team within you org.

It's big girl ball now. They will all play ball with allot of different age girls in high school. There is no rule as long as they are in the birth date requirements of 12u. Just put your best girls on the roster and PLAY BALL ! :o

Back to softball... ;)

Red Hots - Solid team with Pitching, Hitting,Speed and Defense. Play against the best to be the best. It is all about Nationals for this team.

High Voltage - Team has added some depth to their Hitting and Pitching. They will be ready to compete for a top spot and definately have their eye on the Red Hots.

Tx Rattlers - Strong Hitting Team. They lost a Pitcher, but the coach always finds players and they will put a good team together.

Tx Ice - I hear they have 2 strong Pitchers going into the Fall season. If so, I see why they are getting the votes. They work hard and have some big hitters.

Pearland Panthers - They play very focussed softball and always compete. Not sure if they have added anyone, but when you are from Pearland, it is usually not a problem. Pearland is full of talent.

Tx Heat - I believe they lost a pitcher and great all around athlete. I have only seen them play a couple of times so we will have to see if they are ready to compete at the top level.

Ldy Stros/Tx Storm - Believe they are now the Tx Storm. Added a pitcher and great athlete. This team did well in the tournaments they played last season.

Tx Sting 97 - ? Not sure.

TPS 98 - This is the top 98 team based on what they did this past season. They will be at the top of the mix in a short period of time.

Tx Sting 97/98 - They have a one of the Top 98 Pitchers and have added some 97 players to the roster. This will be another team ready to show what they can do against the 2nd year teams.

Good luck to all!!! :| :geek: :ugeek:

The Rattlers lost more than a pitcher - they lost more than half of their team...
