Rangers now have a 1.5 game cushion with only 130 left to play. This is about as close as they've been to clinching in years! Magic number is 129?

Well... the Mets got through their west coast swing without imploding ... dropped a little out of first place but doing okay and beat the BoSox last night in inter league play, which is usually tough on them too ...

As of this morning ... my Mets are 16 1/2 games out of first .... Philly has been tough but the Mets couldn't beat the local HS team in a best out of 5 series ... ( too many injuries for sure, but they suck )

Those dang Dodgers!!!!! Spent a whole bunch of money Sunday, sat in some AWESOME seats, only to have them loose. I was hoping for a sweep of the "Cubbies." I think I like my Manny better "on the juice!"

Your seats were loose? That sucks, should have called an attendant over to "tighten" them up for you. Maybe the previous guest wanted to take the seat home?

With a 5 game lead and the addition of a 25 year old lefty in Scott Kazmir the Angels look poised to win the west once again. If only we dont have to play the Red Sox we may be allright...bring on those damn Yankees!!!!
