If your DD is happy and your happy then is sounds like an E Harmony commercial. If there is one thing we should learn as parents of young kids that enter any select sports is that you "try" not to burn bridges, not always is that an easy feat.

Good luck this Fall and I hope your still with the team in the Spring. ;)

Bridges can be lit from both ends! I don't burn bridges, I use C4 and do it right! ;) I'm pretty good about reading between the lines, you're concerned about your DD's team? Aren't you. I'm sure I can get you a tryout! :D But you will have to change your attitude.

One more thing on burning bridges! It must be secret in the softball world because it happens everyday.

I hope you still have a team in the spring. :P

Good luck!

The Pasadena Angels won the Round Robin 4-0-1. Sudden Impact gave them a run when the Angels started their fouth pitcher in her first game to ever pitch. Tied that one 4-4.

This board touted the Cobras as the team to beat and the Angels did just that. Sudden Impact played well against them but it was against their fourth pitcher who had never piched in a live game before.

The game between the Cobras and the Angels was a good one and pitching and defense ruled on both sides.

Kudos to all the teams that were in the Woodlands last weekend. I saw a lot of great softball.
