Scenario #1-Drunken dad is ragging on wife, 17 year old son steps in to defend, and when attacked defends himself. Police take both parties for domestic violence, and public defender advises kid to plead out and take probation. Guilty of misdemeanor domestic violence.
Scenario #2-Seventeen year old goes to first party, succumbs to peer pressure and has a few beers, then gets popped for DUI.
Scenario#3-Police pull over car with 6 teens; one of them is holding a joint, but tosses it under the seat. Police pull everybody out of the car, find the joint, and since nobody claims it, charge all 6 with misdemeanor possesion. Again, public defender advises to plead out.

Assuming this all happened 20 years ago, which of these people has exhibited that they are a huge threat to my DD?
