Is the Bucket going to split out Texas into North/South?

Last time I saw Aunt Mental on here she was trashing all the Houston teams heading to the Bomber Tourney (14U).   Never followed up on those comments.

Dont really remember trashing the teams going to the Bomber per se, just painting with a large brushtroke and accurately stating the Fusion team would finish no worse than 3rd. But to give everyone their due congrats to Mark and his DD and the Phantoms on their win. Also congrats on their other win against the Peppers. It seems the Bomber may not have been a fluke. I know how much that is eating at you Frito, 3Monkeys and the rest of you Storm parents. I guess he should be humbled by his latest win as well. It must be REALLY hard being a parent in Houston. Speaking of REALLY where is he and his 1,000 posts? All you people down South must have a hard time keeping up with all of your screen names since you hop from one team to another every season and have to create new names since everybody on your old teams know who you are.

I will use an example to illustrate my point about the level of winning between DFW and Houston. In fact it is very relevant given the NCAA basketball tournaments going on right now. Winning or doing well at the Bomber is akin to winning or doing well in the NIT. In the grand scheme of things the public does not care very much about the NIT. In fact it is better to make the Final Four of the NCAA than win the NIT. So go ahead and toot your horn about 3 teams finishing in the top 10 at the Bomber. We up here in DFW will worry more about our Top 5 finishes at ASA while trying to find a single Houston team in the Top 10.

Finally to show I am a softball realist and not just some DFW blowhard I will go on record as saying that Houston (Red Hots) are by far the class of the state when it comes to teams competing at Nationals this summer. They are LEGIT!

You might want to step outside your own little age group before making sweeping remarks like that. That is if this really is something to argue about  I would prefer the state to split into age groups honestly, not everyone posts the age group they're talking about in the subject line and the parents of younger age groups sound like their daughters bickering over the dumbest things. FYI...14u parents, it's time to grow up a little bit, you should have passed that stage by now.
My daughter is perfect, she knows everything. Just ask her.

Lefty I understand what you are saying. However, I was responding in a forum that was filled with posts from authors whose daughters compete in the age group I was referring to so therefore it was relevant. Besides if I were to step outside of my age group then I would not be qualified to make such bold statements and would come across as just another ignorant JOE. It is for this reason you will not see me spewing opinions on the 10U scene or the 18U scene.
